Accessibility and Inclusion Statement

Effective date: 15 July 2026. Last updated: 14 July 2026. Creatiminds aims to make its website and learning experiences welcoming and reasonably accessible to children and families with different abilities, learning styles, languages and backgrounds.

1. Our Approach

Creatiminds seeks to provide respectful participation without unlawful discrimination and to consider reasonable adjustments that do not fundamentally change the program or create disproportionate difficulty or safety risk.

Accessibility needs differ. Parents are encouraged to discuss relevant requirements before enrollment so that program fit and available support can be assessed honestly.

2. Website Accessibility

Creatiminds aims to use readable text, clear headings, keyboard-friendly navigation, meaningful link text, sufficient contrast, captions or transcripts where practicable, and forms that identify required fields and errors.

Some third-party content or tools may not fully meet the same standard. Creatiminds will consider reasonable alternatives where a material barrier is reported.

3. Learning Adjustments

Possible adjustments may include accessible digital files, additional written instructions, seating changes, extra processing time, reduced-distraction arrangements, captioned content, parent coordination, alternative participation methods or reasonable flexibility in non-essential activities.

Creatiminds is not a medical, therapeutic or special-education provider and cannot guarantee specialised support unless separately agreed with appropriately qualified personnel.

4. Requesting Support

Parents may contact hello@creatiminds.com before enrollment or as early as possible, describing the barrier and the adjustment that may help.

Only information reasonably necessary to evaluate and provide support should be shared. Health and accessibility information will be handled under the Privacy and Child Data Policy.

5. Inclusion and Respect

Bullying, harassment, humiliation and unlawful discrimination are not permitted. Reasonable differences in communication, learning pace and participation should be treated respectfully.

Creatiminds may adapt grouping or delivery where necessary to support safety, learning and inclusion, after discussion with the parent where practicable.

6. Feedback

Accessibility feedback is welcome. Creatiminds will review reported barriers and aim to provide a response or practical next step within a reasonable period.

Unresolved concerns may be raised under the Grievance Redressal Policy.
